Simpriva began with a practical question: why does essential privacy work still depend so heavily on disconnected forms, spreadsheets and repeated information?
Privacy governance often asks people to provide the same information at different stages of the process. An activity may begin with a screening form, move into a DPIA and later require updates to RoPA and other governance records, but the information does not always travel with it.
Simpriva is being designed to create a clearer route through that journey. The aim is to reduce unnecessary duplication, improve consistency and make the connection between questions, risks, safeguards, decisions and records easier to understand.
To make privacy governance easier to navigate, more consistent to apply and clearer to evidence — while preserving professional judgement and human accountability.
